Hotel Turixant draws much of its charm from the building itself: a former olive oil mill that has been thoughtfully converted into a hotel, with the original press and other historic features preserved and on display. The gardens, communal spaces and rooms are all decorated with a keen eye for detail. Bedrooms are modern and minimalist in style, spacious and well kept, while the outdoor areas — terrace, garden and pool — complete the picture beautifully.
