KAIZEN centres on contemporary Japanese cooking, with sushi, sashimi and shabu shabu at its core. The restaurant defines itself with the words: "Product, respect, technique and passion define us." The menu features the likes of edamame with kimchi and noisette butter, and a smoked French oyster N°2 with ponzu and kizami wasabi. Vegetarian options are also available.

Omakase & Shabu Shabu

The heart of the offering is the omakase menus, served across multiple courses and celebrated for their creativity, thoughtfulness and precise presentation. Fresh fish — nigiri and sashimi in particular — is a recurring hallmark of quality. Alongside the sushi, shabu shabu is a dining experience in its own right: the broth simmers for 48 hours, and meat, vegetables and noodles are served fresh as part of a menu that includes starters and dessert.
