Description
La Llonja is a Mediterranean restaurant in Port de Pollença, housed in the former fish market hall at the old harbour dock.
Fish and seafood from the Mallorcan coast
The kitchen at La Llonja revolves around fresh fish and seafood. Catch of the day, fish and seafood paella, grilled turbot fillet, red prawns and lobster are among the dishes that define the restaurant. Paella is served at lunchtime only. The menu is complemented by a changing daily set menu and a weekly set menu, both of which are considered excellent value.
Set at the old harbour dock
The restaurant sits in the old fishing harbour of Port de Pollença — on the Muelle Viejo Bajo — and is tucked slightly away from the main routes, though it is easily reachable on foot. The building has been fully renovated and reopened under the direction of Miquel Salom. Both free and paid parking are available in the surrounding area.
Terrace, upper floor and views
The restaurant offers several seating areas: a summer terrace open to the sea beside the canopy, and an interior dining room on the first floor with a terrace and panoramic views over the bay. A lift is available for guests with reduced mobility. The views over the harbour, bay and mountains are a recurring highlight of a visit.
Service and practicalities
The restaurant is well suited to families with children as well as groups. Step-free access, accessible toilets and accessible seating are all available. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card and contactless. Table reservations can be made via the website.
