Coffee & menu Roasting happens in the in-house roastery downstairs, where the beans for every drink on the menu are produced. Behind the counter you'll find espresso, filter and cold brew, plus plant-based milk alternatives and decaf options. Flat white, cortado and cappuccino are on the menu too, and if you fancy a bit of exploration, the owners are happy to guide you through the different coffees themselves. The house-roasted beans are also sold whole or ground to take home – the Nicaraguan Caturra starts around €13.50, the Ethiopian Heirloom around €18.50.
