Parking Fornalutx is a public car park on the edge of the mountain village of Fornalutx — a handy base for exploring the village on foot or setting off on walks through the surrounding hills.

Layout & Zones

The car park is spread across several levels: the lower areas, marked in blue, are paid spaces, whilst the upper levels, marked in white, are free of charge. The pay machine is located at the bottom near the entrance. On Sundays, the blue spaces are also free. Outside peak season, you'll generally find plenty of spaces available.

Access & Character

The approach road is steep and narrow in places — manoeuvring requires confident driving, particularly when pulling away on the incline. That said, drivers who are comfortable behind the wheel will find the route well-maintained. Mandarin trees and other greenery dot the parking levels, and from the upper floors you're treated to lovely views over the village and mountain landscape.

The car park sits at the far end of Fornalutx (postcode 07109) in the Serra de Tramuntana. It also serves as a natural starting point for a stroll into the village centre or for heading out on walks into the surrounding mountain area.
