Description
Pastisseria Ca Na Cati is a traditional Mallorcan patisserie and bakery in Palma, crafting baked goods by hand since 1980.
Craftsmanship since 1980
Since opening in 1980, Ca Na Cati has baked its full range of bollería, bread and confectionery every single day — following traditional recipes whilst embracing new flavours along the way. A dedicated team of pastry chefs and bakers produces ensaimadas, cocas, empanadas, crespells and further Mallorcan specialities entirely by hand.
Ensaimadas and Mallorcan baked goods
The ensaimada takes centre stage, available in its classic form as well as with fillings such as vanilla cream, chocolate, turrón or angel hair. Alongside these you'll find tartaletas de fresa, individual pastries and made-to-order cakes — including a dulce de leche option. If you're looking for something to take home, the patisserie packs ensaimadas in travel-ready boxes that survive the flight without a scratch. For celebrations and catering, Ca Na Cati also prepares cocas de trampó, pa amb oli and other festive bakes.
Eat-in area and breakfast
The branch on Carrer Josep Darder has a dedicated area where you can enjoy baked goods and sandwiches alongside hot and cold drinks. Breakfast is very much part of daily life here — think coca de cuart paired with a café con leche.
Location and getting here
The patisserie is located at Carrer Josep Darder 5 in the Llevant neighbourhood of Palma. Free on-street parking is available nearby. Ca Na Cati runs four branches in central Palma in total: alongside Carrer Metge Josep Darder, you'll find them on Calle Oms, at Plaça Cort, and on Calle Sindicat inside the historic Triquet building.
