Pastisseria Pomar is synonymous with handmade Mallorcan specialities, crafted to a standard that has remained consistent across generations. Ensaïmadas are among the most celebrated products — whether classic, filled with sobrasada and figs, or other variations. Equally popular are the almond cakes (Gató d'Ametlla), empanadas (including a fish empanada), cocas, robiols, and almond biscuits.
