La Fortaleza is the restaurant of the luxury hotel Cap Rocat in Cala Blava — set within a carefully restored historic fortress complex on the shores of the Bay of Palma.
Cuisine & Menu
At the heart of the experience is a tasting menu that reinterprets Mallorcan produce and traditional island cooking through modern techniques. Dishes such as lobster, black pig, arroz negro, croquettes and desserts are firmly woven into the character of the restaurant. A Fortress as Your Backdrop
