At S'Estret, homemade tapas are the star of the show, prepared fresh to order. Beef cannelloni and flatbreads — including versions with sobrasada, with goat's cheese and caramelised onions, and with sobrasada, cheese and figs — are among the most celebrated dishes on offer. Bread with aioli, empanadas and carrot cake also come highly recommended.

The restaurant is tucked away on Carrer de Jovellanos 6 in Valldemossa, off the main lanes — a quieter side street well worth seeking out. Seating is very limited, so do be prepared for a short wait.
