Solatz by Saez is a bakery and patisserie in the heart of Palma specialising in gluten intolerance, producing its entire range exclusively gluten-free.

100% gluten-free – from bread to tarts

Everything at Solatz by Saez is 100% gluten-free. The range spans breads and rolls, cakes, pastries, doughnuts, empanadas, quiche and sandwiches, right through to traditional Mallorcan specialities such as crespells and ensaïmada. If you have additional dietary requirements, you'll find plenty of choice too: many products are also lactose-free, milk-protein-free, sugar-free or vegan. The bread – including bamboo rolls – is a particular highlight of the house.

Café and patisserie under one roof

Alongside its bakery counter, Solatz by Saez runs a small café. Coffee – whether a café con leche, cappuccino or americano – rounds off the offering perfectly. If you fancy something sweet, you'll find pastries and cakes alongside sugar-free tiramisu and beautifully crafted tarts.
