SOLU is far more than a farm. The Garden Experience takes visitors on a guided tour of the smallholding, complete with a glass of apéro wine and plenty of insight into the regenerative concept behind it all. The grounds also play host to a regular programme of events, including open-air film evenings. Dining takes place in the garden of the old finca, with a wood-fired stove at the centre of the kitchen — wood-fired focaccia being a perfect example of what comes out of it.
