A Traducción jurada is a certified translation by a translator appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is required for official documents such as certificates, contracts, powers of attorney and driving licences.

Certified translations cost around €30-60 per page (German-Spanish). Complex legal or technical texts may cost more. Urgent translations often carry a 50-100% surcharge.
