Doctor Prats is a band from Terrassa in Catalonia, formed in 2015. Originally conceived as a purely online project, they gave their first live concert on April 11, 2015 at the Faktoria d'Arts in Terrassa. Their debut album "Patates amb peix" (Potatoes with Fish) was released the same year. Musically, the band blends ska, reggae, funk and electronic elements into a sound that has carved out its own niche in the Catalan music scene. The lineup features Ramon Figueras (horns), Miki Santamaria (bass), Victor Martínez (keyboards), Josep Jaume Rey (electric guitar) and Oriol Cors (percussion). Over the course of their career, Doctor Prats have collaborated with notable Catalan artists such as Txarango, La Pegatina, Pirat's Sound Sistema and Miki Núñez, building a loyal fanbase well beyond Terrassa.
