Women's Day in the Rural World

Llucmajor marks the Day of Rural Women on 14 October 2026 with a documentary screening. The programme features “Mujeres de tierra, viento y ganado” by Ramaderes en Xarxa. The occasion invites you to turn your attention to women in rural communities. The film’s title—roughly “Women of Earth, Wind and Livestock”—connects the subject with the land and livestock farming, without requiring you to bring any agricultural knowledge to the screening. If you would like to add a cultural event beyond the usual sights to your time in Mallorca, this documentary screening in Llucmajor offers a distinctive focus.
