Events in Llucmajor show just how varied the cultural life of a large inland town can be: history and heritage talks in the Claustre de Sant Bonaventura, a cycle of contemporary music in the Pati de Ca s'Hereu, and sporting highlights such as Balearic championships in cycling and artistic gymnastics all sit side by side. Add family storytelling sessions and formats like Electro-pati, and you have a calendar that naturally blends education, music and sport. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and community-driven, carried by local clubs, schools and cultural institutions. Anyone wanting to experience Mallorca beyond the coast will find a lively year-round programme in Llucmajor.
