Yosvany Terry is an internationally renowned Cuban saxophonist, percussionist and composer, and has been an integral part of the New York scene for more than 25 years. He is known for blending Afro-Cuban roots with contemporary jazz. His work stands out for its rhythmic richness and for exploring the connections between the musical traditions of Africa and the Americas. Here he shares his experience with Mallorcan musicians: Jaume Riera on piano, Andres Enrique on double bass, and Teo Salvá on drums.
