Ball de pagès dance display

Traditional dance takes centre stage in Pollença on 22 November 2026, with a Ball de pagès demonstration at Plaça ca les Monnares. The event offers you an introduction to the rural dance culture of the Balearic Islands, where music, movement and community are closely connected. A demonstration gives you the chance to watch attentively, following the steps, rhythms and interaction between the dancers. You don't need any prior knowledge to appreciate this form of cultural expression. If you'd like to get to know Pollença beyond its streets and squares, this is an opportunity to turn your attention to local traditions.
