Folklore performance

Folklore takes centre stage in Porreres on 31 October, with S’Estol Porrerenc and Grup de Danses El Replà announced for this performance. Listed as a concert, the event gives you an opportunity to explore traditional forms of expression and get to know a cultural side of this inland Mallorcan town. Folk performance often brings together music, dance and traditions passed down within a community. Much of its appeal lies in the details: rhythm, movement and the way a group works together. If that is the kind of culture you enjoy discovering, this late-October event is worth considering when planning your visit to Porreres.
