Ongoing exhibition
TOMAR ALTURA – Marco Bizzarri
Runs until 4 September 2026
The exhibition explores the work of Marco Bizzarri, focused on the mining landscapes of northern Chile. Through repeated journeys, photographs and paintings, the artist examines how extractive activity transforms both the territory and its atmosphere. His works depict abandoned industrial spaces, suspended dust and ruined structures, using light and layered compositions to evoke memory, time and transformation. The staircases, a recurring element in the exhibition, function as symbols of elevation, fragility and uncertainty, suggesting open questions about the relationship between human beings, the landscape and the passage of time.
