Armonía Kitchen Drinks sits in the centre of Ca'n Pastilla, on Carrer de Virgili, a quiet side street a few hundred metres back from the water of the Bay of Palma. The house describes itself as a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant working with produce from the island. The name means both of its halves seriously: kitchen and bar get equal attention, and the list carries Spanish wines alongside the house's own signature cocktails.
Behind it stand Moha and Cristina, a couple of cooks who have run the place since 2020. Moha moves between the stove and the dining room, Cristina stays in the kitchen. That explains something about the menu: it is longer than most of its neighbours' and still not arbitrary, because one theme holds it together.

The kitchen at Armonía Kitchen Drinks: rabo de toro and fire
The theme is rabo de toro. Braised oxtail turns up several times over: as a classic estofado, as huevos rotos over broken potatoes and egg, as a cannelloni with foie, and as a burger in a brioche bun with rocket, shaved mushroom and a mayonnaise made with the braising juices. If you want to know what this house can do, order one of them.
The second focus is the brasa. The beef is aged for weeks before it meets the hot stone: chuletón and entrecot with potatoes and piquillo peppers, solomillo with Café de Paris butter, tagliata of picaña with rocket and parmesan shavings. The grill also sends out turbot, scallops, chistorra on crisp potato slices, and octopus that the kitchen rubs with Canarian mojo and sets on a cream of potato crisps and parmesan.

Tapas, burgers and what comes after
Alongside runs a tapas section conceived as Spanish rather than touristic: patatas bravas, pimientos de padrón, bacon-wrapped dates, chorizo in cider, gambón al ajillo, marinated cazón, gratinated courgette with goat cheese, jamón ibérico de bellota, and pan cristal with tomato and rosemary oil. Among the starters you will find a steak tartare hand-cut from aged beef, duck gyoza with a foie sauce, crisp tacos of Iberian pork cheek, and croquettes with smoked bacon, parmesan and a boletus-and-truffle mayonnaise.
The burger list is distinctive enough to deserve a mention of its own. You choose the bread first — classic sesame brioche, a black one, one coloured with turmeric, or a gluten-free version — and then the filling: the Leonesa with cecina de León, smoked cheese, truffle mayonnaise and cured egg yolk; the Italiana with pesto, mozzarella and crisp pancetta; the Campera with goat cheese and piquillo sauce; or La Diosa de la Trufa with foie, egg and apple chutney. If you eat vegan, there is a pea patty with aubergine paté, grilled pepper, crispy onion and romesco.
To finish there are a pistachio cheesecake, a second version made with Lotus biscuit, a coconut and passion fruit panna cotta, and a Baileys tiramisu.
The house and its neighbourhood
Inside, grey and blue with gold accents set the tone, along with dimmed light and quiet music. Outside lies a large terrace planted in tropical style, noticeably looser in feel — the seat you should reserve first in Ca'n Pastilla.
Ca'n Pastilla is holiday territory, but Armonía works right through the year and aims at guests from Palma and the surrounding area just as much as at visitors from the Platja de Palma. The restaurant takes bookings through its own website. You can eat properly as a vegetarian here, there is a gluten-free bun for the burgers, and if you like you can add one of the house mayonnaises to your dish — the green curry one, say, or the one with truffle and parmesan.
