Concept
Marion Pfaff, known to the Mallorca scene as "Krümel", built together with her husband Daniel since 2011 what she herself describes: an Austrian Stadl on Mallorca. He wanted Austria, she wanted the sea — the result is a mountain-lodge atmosphere in the middle of Peguera summer nights. TV viewers know the founding story from "Goodbye Deutschland! Die Auswanderer", which followed the move and the venue's launch; "Zwischen Meer und Maloche" later documented everyday life behind the Stadl bar. Krümel is no newcomer to the Mallorca party scene: she performed at the Bierkönig for over eleven years before opening her own stage in Peguera.
Atmosphere
Inside, the space divides into distinct zones. The **Edelweis Alm** thrives on long wooden benches and the energy that builds when everyone stands on them — "Auf die Bänke, fertig, Prost" (up on the benches, ready, cheers) is a way of life here, not just a slogan. The **Salitos Lounge** offers some distance from the show bar and is just as reservable as the open and covered terraces. Those who prefer it quieter find room in the newly set-up bar in the back building — the former storage room converted into an overflow space where the music still carries through.
