Cerveza artesanal directa de la fábrica
La cerveza se elabora en el mismo edificio donde se sirve. Las recetas son propias y utilizan malta ecológica, con una gama que va desde pilsner y pale ale hasta IPA y porter. Una de sus elaboraciones más personales es la «Punk is dead IPA negra». Hay varias opciones de barril para elegir y también se venden botellas para llevar.
La cata de cervezas como propuesta principal
Una de las ofertas estrella de Forastera es una cata de cinco cervezas en la que el maestro cervecero Sven explica en detalle cada variedad: proceso de elaboración, fermentación y estilos.
