Principal Son Amoixa ist ein stilvolles Landhotel in einer historischen Finca aus dem 16. Jahrhundert im Osten Mallorcas, nahe Manacor.

Historisches Landgut, sorgfältig erneuert

In den Mauern einer Finca aus dem 16. Jahrhundert ist mit großem Respekt vor der Vergangenheit ein komfortables Landhotel entstanden. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail frisch renoviert und 2022 wiedereröffnet. Die 16 Zimmer, Suiten und Apartments sind im Landhausstil gehalten und modern ausgestattet — mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, TV und eigenem Freisitz. Das Turmzimmer verfügt über eine eigene Dachterrasse mit Ausblick in die umgebende Natur.

Garten, Pool und Außenbereich

Die Anlage ist von einem parkähnlichen Garten umgeben, der gepflegt und durchgängig grün ist. Der großzügige Poolbereich bietet reichlich Platz zum Liegen. Zum Hotel gehören außerdem eine Außensauna sowie ein Tennis- und Multifunktionssportplatz.

Restaurant Principal: Küche und Frühstück

Das Gourmetrestaurant „Principal" ist fester Bestandteil des Hauses und steht auch externen Gästen offen. Die Küche ist durchgehend frisch und auf hohem Niveau — Paella in verschiedenen Varianten, Lachsfilet im Currymantel mit Mango-Chutney sowie eine große vegane Auswahl gehören zum Angebot.
