Franky Rizardo, all'anagrafe Frank Ketelaar, nato il 1. Juni 1988 nei Paesi Bassi, è uno dei DJ più richiesti del suo Paese e tra gli artisti house e techno europei più apprezzati a livello internazionale. Ha iniziato a produrre beat già a 12 anni, ispirato da Daft Punk e dai grandi nomi della trance delle origini, come Tiësto e Armin van Buuren. Una residency al club Manhattan di Amsterdam e un programma radiofonico settimanale su SLAM! FM lo hanno portato direttamente nei club internazionali. Dalla metà degli anni 2000 ha affinato il suo sound, profondo e trascinante, al confine tra house e techno, su etichette quali Defected Records, Saved Records (Nic Fanciulli), Kaluki Musik, Do Not Sleep, Simma Black e Milk & Sugar. Diversi suoi brani hanno superato 1 milione di stream; tra i suoi remix figurano produzioni per Roger Sanchez e altri artisti Defected. Nel 2015 ha fondato la sua etichetta, LTF Records, che offre una piattaforma ad artisti house e techno emergenti. Membro stabile della famiglia Music-On fin dalla sua fondazione nel 2011, si è esibito regolarmente in club come Fabric (Londra), Shelter (Amsterdam), Pacha e Amnesia (Ibiza), nonché in festival come Tomorrowland. A Ibiza è stato inoltre presente alle feste ANTS, Elrow e Redlight. Con il suo progetto FLOW cura anche rassegne di eventi proprie.
