Tobee, all’anagrafe Tobias Riether, è nato il 24 giugno 1985 a Geislingen an der Steige. Fin da giovane ha imparato a suonare diversi strumenti e ha preso lezioni di canto; a 15 anni ha fondato una rock cover band e a 18 ha vinto un concorso per talenti nella musica da festa. Questi inizi hanno posto le basi della sua carriera come uno dei più noti interpreti tedeschi di Partyschlager.
Ha raggiunto il successo con il brano „Jetzt ist der Teufel los", arrivato nel 2015 al 7° posto delle classifiche tedesche. Sono seguiti altri singoli di successo, fra cui „Helikopter 117 (Mach' den Hub Hub Hub)" (2019, doppio platino in Germania), oltre alle collaborazioni „Pretty Belinda – Schlauchboot" e „Pretty Belinda – Skilift" con il cantante britannico Chris Andrews. Per Oktoberfest-Megamix 2023 ha lavorato insieme a Ivan Fillini e DJ Cashi.
