De Banda Municipal de Alcúdia is het gemeentelijke harmonieorkest van de Mallorcaanse stad Alcúdia. Onder leiding van José R. Pascual Vilaplana – een internationaal gerenommeerde dirigent en muzikaal directeur die onder meer ook de Banda Municipal de Bilbao (sinds 2015) en de Banda Municipal de Barcelona (sinds 2018) leidt – brengt het ensemble een breed repertoire van traditionele en hedendaagse blaasmuziek. Pascual Vilaplana is actief als gastdirigent in landen als Argentinië, België, Duitsland, Engeland, Italië, Portugal, Zwitserland en de VS, en brengt dit internationale artistieke niveau mee in zijn werk met de Banda Municipal de Alcúdia. Het ensemble vertegenwoordigt de levendige gemeentelijke muziekcultuur van Mallorca en treedt op tijdens lokale festiviteiten en openbare concerten – als vast onderdeel van het culturele leven in het noorden van het eiland.
