DJ DYLVN, wiens echte naam Dylan Fernandes is, werd op 7 maart 1993 geboren in Capelle aan den IJssel en groeide op in een Surinaams-Nederlandse muziekfamilie. Hij is actief sinds 2017 en begon zijn carrière als dj van de Nederlandse urbanartiest Ronnie Flex. Zo bouwde hij snel een grote fanbase op in Nederland en België. Nog in de zomer van 2017 tekende hij een platencontract bij Top Notch, waarna hij later overstapte naar Warner Music Benelux / Atlantic Records Benelux. Zijn sound verbindt hiphop, Nederpop en urbanbeats en wordt gekenmerkt door zijn Surinaamse roots. Tot zijn bekende releases behoren tracks als „Punta Cana", „Colombiana" en „Banana". Hij werkte samen met artiesten als Murda, Jonna Fraser, Ronnie Flex, Bizzey, Hef en Défano Holwijn. Met eigen headlinershows en optredens in clubs en op festivals in Nederland en België vestigde hij zich als vaste waarde in de Nederlandse urbanscene. Dj-sets in de studio van SLAM! onderstreepten zijn bereik op de landelijke radio.
