Cocina y platos

La carne a la parrilla ocupa el centro de la carta: brochetas de ternera, steak, T-bone, solomillo, costillas y brochetas de pollo figuran entre los platos más celebrados. Con igual protagonismo aparecen el pescado fresco y el marisco — lubina, pulpo, ceviche, calamares, gambas y langostinos destacan una y otra vez.
