El concepto: déjate llevar por la sorpresa
En SENSO no eliges de una carta — te dejas guiar. El menú sorpresa de cinco pasos lo diseñan el chef Bogdan y Luca en función de la temporada, el mercado y el momento. El tema cambia cada dos semanas: desde la cocina francesa clásica hasta influencias asiáticas o fusiones globales. Cada plato se acompaña de vinos seleccionados a mano, que forman parte esencial de la velada — no son un extra, sino un elemento integrado en la experiencia.
Mesa compartida y hospitalidad cercana
En el centro del local destaca una gran mesa comunitaria donde los comensales se reúnen, conversan y comparten la velada. El anfitrión Luca y su equipo crean un ambiente que recuerda más a una sala de estar entre amigos que a un restaurante formal. El propio chef Bogdan se acerca a la mesa para presentar cada plato.
