The menu runs from seafood and fish such as wild sea bass to quality meats, paellas and pasta like pesto rigatoni. Ceviche, croquettes, grilled squid, octopus and lamb chops also feature on the menu. The crudités platter – with chickpea and beetroot hummus, tzatziki and pitta bread – draws particular praise as a sharing classic. By the pool there's a more relaxed menu with club sandwiches, tacos, burgers and salads, ideal if you're prioritising the sun. Cocktails are freshly shaken and the wine list is extensive, with the UM house rosé among the most popular choices.
