Almklausi
Mössingen, Deutschlandschlager · pop
Almklausi, born Klaus Krehl-Meier on April 5, 1969, in Mössingen, Baden-Württemberg, is one of Germany's best-known party Schlager singers. He started out as a party DJ in the late 1980s before making his recording debut in 2002 with the single "Hey kleines Luder." Nicknamed "Schwabenkönig" (King of Swabia), he quickly carved out a niche in the German party scene: in 2007, "Ein Stern (… der über Stuttgart steht)" reached No. 42 in the German charts, and in 2010 "10 Meter geh'n," a collaboration with Markus Becker, peaked at No. 43. His biggest commercial success came in 2018 with "Mama Laudaaa" (feat. Specktakel), which went Gold in Germany and amassed over 4 million Spotify streams, released on Xtreme Sound. Further releases such as "Senorita (Torero)," "Die Pure Lust am Leben," and the 2025 project "Tretboot" confirm his continued presence in the scene. He is a regular fixture on Ballermann compilations and has performed at events including the Schlagermove Hamburg and Mallorca party venues.
