4th Gathering of Xeremiers Groups
On 12 September, Fornalutx hosts the fourth gathering of xeremiers groups in the village square. The xeremies, Mallorca’s traditional bagpipes, are among the island’s most distinctive musical sounds. From 11:30 am, the square will be dedicated to this living musical tradition. It is a lovely occasion to visit Fornalutx and experience Mallorcan folk music in an open village setting.
