Ewan McVicar, född den 10 januari 1994 i Irvine och uppvuxen i Ayr på Skottlands västkust, är DJ och producent i gränslandet mellan house och Detroit techno. Under sina lärarstudier upptäckte han DJ:andet och byggde upp en lokal klubbscen i sin hemstad, bland annat på klubbarna Club De Mar och Furys i Ayrshire. Efter examen satsade han helt på musiken.
Det internationella genombrottet kom 2021 med debutsingeln „Tell Me Something Good", som nådde topp 20 i Storbritannien, belönades med platina av BPI (Silver 2021, Gold 2022, Platinum 2023) och vann titeln „Track of the Year" vid DJ Mag Best of British Awards samt Radio 1's „Electronic Track of the Year". McVicar ger ut musik på skivbolag som Optimo Music Digital Danceforce, Trick (Patrick Toppings kollektiv) och Armada, och har bland annat spelat på Warehouse Project 2022 och australiska Pitch Music & Arts Festival. År 2023 tog han initiativ till Pavilion Festival i Ayr, som lockade 7 500 besökare redan vid premiären. Hans sound hämtar inspiration från 90-talets ravekulturs „soulful and raw"-etos.
