Bartender (m/f/d) part-time or full-time

We are a small team at the Plaça in S'Alqueria Blanca. Our kitchen is up and running. Our bar is not quite where it could be yet — and that’s exactly why we’re looking for you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • You run the bar during service: cocktails, aperitifs, wine, long drinks and coffee. • You help develop our cocktail menu — classic drinks done properly, plus your own signature creations. • You keep the bar under control: mise en place, stock, ordering and cleanliness. • You work hand in hand with the service team and kitchen.

WHAT YOU BRING • Experience behind the bar. This is a requirement, not a preference. • Solid cocktail knowledge: you know the classics, with the right technique and balance. • Creativity — your own ideas to help take our menu further. • Structured work as part of your routine, not an extra task: mise en place before service, order during service, and keeping an eye on stock afterwards. • Genuine team spirit. Here, no one leaves a colleague hanging when the place is busy. • German and Spanish. English is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER • Permanent contract, registered with social security from day one. • Full-time or part-time, by arrangement. • We are closed on Mondays. • Work during the off-season too — we plan to stay open in winter. • A small, close-knit team and short decision-making processes: decisions are made here on the same day.
