At A GoGò, the dough is left to prove for around 30 hours before it's worked — the result is a thin, crispy base that stays wonderfully crunchy on the outside whilst remaining light and airy within. Toppings are added fresh, and the whole preparation takes place in full view of guests. Alongside classic varieties, an extensive vegan selection takes centre stage: around ten vegan pizzas feature on the menu, accompanied by several cheese varieties made in-house.
