A GoGò Pizzabar is a Roman-style Scrocchiarella pizzeria in the heart of Palma — with a strong focus on vegan and vegetarian options as well as Sicilian street food.
Pizza the Roman Way
The star of the show is a thin, crispy pizza in the style of the Roman Scrocchiarella: a 33 cm round base with a light, crunchy texture and a low crust, made from a long-fermented dough. Ingredients are fresh and chosen with quality in mind. Alongside the classics, you'll find pizzas with both tomato and crème bases. For those not in the mood for pizza, there are plenty of other Italian dishes on offer, including Supplì, Cazzilli Palmeritani, Carpaccio and Parmigiana.
Vegan and Gluten-Free Options
The vegan offering is a genuine highlight: vegan cheese — including vegan burrata — is made in-house, partly using Mallorcan almonds. Gluten-free pizza bases are also available. Some of the desserts are vegan too, with homemade treats such as tiramisu, chocolate cake, panna cotta and lemon tart rounding things off nicely.
