Plant-Based Cooking with Personality

Everything at Alubia Plant Power is vegan — from the mains and desserts right through to the drinks. The kitchen focuses on fresh, carefully prepared food, with dishes such as El Chingón, La Mano de Fátima and Bendito Mediterráneo sharing the menu with vegan burgers, bowls, pinsas, smashed potatoes, paltacones, arepas rellena and crunchy girolas. Gluten-free options are also available. Portions are generous, and the menu changes regularly. On the drinks side, look out for homemade lemonades, smoothies, lassi and a golden milk latte made with almond milk.
