Pa amb oli at the Heart of It All
Everything at Bar Cabrera revolves around Pa amb oli — the Mallorcan bread rubbed with tomato and drizzled with olive oil, served here in a wonderful range of variations. Toppings include seafood such as prawns, anchovies, octopus, tuna carpaccio and cuttlefish. The bread arrives sliced and ready to share. The menu is rounded out with Spanish and Mediterranean dishes, including traditional Mallorcan fare — and there are vegetarian options too. If you need to eat gluten-free, Pa amb oli is available in a gluten-free version as well.

The desserts are all made in-house: cheesecake, Cardenal de Lloseta, coulant, banoffee and pistachio cake are all on the menu.
