Bar Venecia is a bar and restaurant in the north of Palma that has been going strong since 1934, living by the philosophy of a "village local in the city".

A traditional bar with a proper kitchen

Since 1934, Bar Venecia has stood for classic Mallorcan and Spanish home cooking: pa amb oli, tapas, bocadillos and llonguets form the backbone, alongside meat dishes — above all steaks, entrecôte and dry-aged sirloin. Breakfast brings coffee, croissants, toast, fresh orange juice and sandwiches. The set lunch is a highlight of the offer, and on Sundays a mixed paella takes centre stage. Home-made desserts — particularly cheesecake and dessert cake — round things off nicely.
