Bodega La Rambla is a traditional tapas restaurant in the heart of Palma, specialising in raciones and tapas since 1940.

Variats and traditional tapas

The centrepiece of Bodega La Rambla is the "variat" — a Mallorcan combination dish where you pick your own selection from a range of tapas. Standouts include sweetbreads, squid, mussels in sherry sauce, potato salad, tripe, meatballs and fried vegetables. Anything battered or breaded comes out wonderfully crispy and freshly prepared. Coffee and sangria are not on the menu.
