BRUNO Pizza

BRUNO is a pizzeria and focaccia shop next to Plaza de España, in central Palma, just steps from the Intermodal station and the Sóller Train. We make long-fermented pizzas served with dipping sauces for the crust and stuffed focaccias, as well as salads, desserts and coffee. Our house specialties are the Bruno, with Italian mortadella, burrata and pistachio pesto, and the Elba, with roasted courgette and provolone. The Pepperoni with hot honey is the favourite among visitors from out of town, while the Mallorcan sobrassada with honey is our most local option.
