The Variat — the star of the show

The Variat is what Avante is all about: a mixed plate bringing together freshly prepared fried and breaded dishes. Tripe, Pica-Pica, breaded squid, meatballs, griddled beef and pork croquettes all feature among the possible components. The suckling pig croquettes and the freshly fried bites are particularly worth calling out.
