Cala Mosques
Description
Cala Mosques is a small, unspoilt cove in the municipal area of Llucmajor, in the south-west of Mallorca — framed by rocks and renowned for its turquoise, crystal-clear water.
The Cove
Cala Mosques belongs to the Cala Blava urbanisation, from where the steep southern coastline of Mallorca rises towards Cap Enderrocat. The cove offers a sandy beach area and transparent water with a gently sloping seabed. The water is clear enough to spot small fish and crabs, making snorkelling and swimming the most natural choices. Follow the coastline a little further and you'll find quiet, slightly hidden rocky spots perfect for a dip.
Character & Atmosphere
The cove has a natural, barely developed character. Its westerly aspect makes it a wonderful spot to catch the sunset — a moment that stands out as something rather special. In summer the little cove fills up quickly, so if you're after peace and quiet it's worth visiting outside the peak season or early in the day. A cleaning service with recycling containers is in place on site.
