Dalt de Cala Gamba is a first-floor restaurant at the harbour of Cala Gamba in Palma, specialising in fish, seafood and rice dishes.

Fish, Seafood and Rice

The kitchen revolves around fresh fish and seafood: scallops, squid, octopus and grilled fish all feature on the menu alongside paella and a variety of rice dishes. Octopus is something of a house signature — served grilled or as a creamy Arroz Meloso with artichokes and Iberian pork. The paella, whether a Paella Ciega de Marisco or a mixed version, also gets a great deal of attention. A daily set menu and meat dishes such as entrecôte round things off.
