Food & Concept

At the heart of FABRICK is a sharing concept: dishes arrive at the table to be passed around, making it easy to spend an evening exploring a wide range of creations. The menu changes weekly, guided by seasonality and the finest produce the island has to offer. Octopus and croquettes are among the standout dishes, alongside ravioli, duck, ceviche and gyozas. Presentation and attention to detail on the plate are clearly a priority here. Vegetarian options are also available.

Atmosphere

FABRICK is deliberately intimate and has no outdoor seating. The interior follows an industrial design aesthetic — dark, playful and with a distinct artisanal touch: the paintings on the walls were done by the chef himself, and the décor throughout bears the unmistakable stamp of owner couple Andrea and Adriane. The result is a space with its own distinctive, recognisable character.
