Description
Focaccería Da Vinci is a charming little spot in Palma serving freshly made focaccia sandwiches, speciality coffee, and drinks.
Focaccia front and centre
The star of the show at Da Vinci is the house-made focaccia: crisp on the outside, light and airy within, freshly prepared and topped with quality ingredients. Filled options include La Diavola, a special with cashew pesto and cherry tomatoes, and the Sandwich Huerta with marinated aubergine and pistachio pesto. Alongside the classic focaccia, there's also a selection of gluten-free versions. If you fancy something sweet, the carrot cake and tiramisu both come highly recommended.
Coffee, drinks & more
Speciality coffee — including cappuccino and matcha — sits alongside freshly squeezed orange juice. The drinks menu also stretches to wine, vermouth, cocktails, and Aperol Spritz.
Where to find it
The spot is tucked away in the Centre neighbourhood at Carrer de Velázquez 8 in Palma, within the El Mercat area of the old town. From the outside it's deliberately understated — but step inside and you'll find a cosy little place with a character all of its own.
