Forn Can Pistola specialises in three Mallorcan baked goods: cremadillos, cardenales — a sweet treat typical of Lloseta — and ensaimadas. Cremadillos come in a range of flavours, including chocolate, cream and cabello de ángel (pumpkin jam). The selection also includes empanadas, cocas and bread baked in a traditional stone oven. Orders for celebration cakes and other festive pastries are taken with at least one day's notice.
A tradition since 1947
The first oven opened in 1947. In 2006, Miquel Ramon Oliver — the second generation of the family — passed the business on to Manuel Muñoz and his wife Antònia Maria Estrany. In 2023, Can Pistola celebrated its 75th anniversary.

Can Pistola runs three outlets in the village: Carrer Guillem Santandreu 53, Avinguda del Cocó 8 and Carrer Joan Carles I 23 (07360 Lloseta).
