Description

Forn Can Toni is a traditional bakery on the main square of Sineu, with a history stretching all the way back to 1858.

Craft with History

The bakery's roots go back to 1858, when Francesc Crespí Esteva took over the business. Since then, several baking families have kept it going, until it passed into the hands of the current owners, Toni Ramis Miralles and Francisca Florit Genovart. That deep-rooted craft is reflected throughout the range: ensaimadas in all manner of varieties — filled with cream, chocolate, white chocolate with walnuts, apricot, or crema cremada — traditional Mallorcan bread, savoury bakes such as panades and cocarrois, and cakes including tarta de carne and coca. Fresh ingredients and genuine artisan care run through everything on offer.

Location & Getting There

The bakery sits right on Sa Plaça 3 in the heart of Sineu — the central square of this village in the interior of Mallorca.
