S'ERA Forn Artesà is an artisan bakery in the heart of Sineu, a village nestled in the inland of Mallorca.
Craft & Range
Sourdough bread takes centre stage here — made using long fermentation and organic flours. The range is kept deliberately small: only what truly delivers makes the cut. Alongside the sourdoughs, you'll find cinnamon rolls, available in a vegan version too. If you're after a German-Mallorcan fusion, look no further than butter stollen with apricots and dates, and Franzbrötchen with fennel. A kefir brioche rounds things out. Regional and local ingredients are woven consistently throughout every bake.
Behind the Oven
S'ERA Forn Artesà is run by Simon Moreno Zeymer and Maria Alomar Crespí. Both spent several years in Hamburg, and their bakery brings together Mallorcan artisan tradition with German baking techniques. Simon takes the time to personally explain the ingredients and the story behind each bake when you visit.
