Guindilla blends bar, restaurant and design concept in a way that keeps guests coming back for more. The kitchen draws on Belgian influences — the owner is Mallorcan by origin, with a Belgian mother — resulting in a fascinating crossover of Mallorcan and Belgian elements. Dishes that draw particular praise include steak tartare, artichokes, octopus and tataki. The wine selection receives just as much care and attention.
